Please note that delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Delivery times may vary depending on the shipping carrier, destination, and any unexpected delays.
3. Shipping Fees
Shipping fees are calculated based on the size, weight, and destination of your order. The exact shipping cost will be displayed at checkout before you confirm your purchase. We also offer promotions from time to time that may include free shipping on qualifying orders. Free shipping promotions, when available, will be applied automatically during checkout.
4. Order Processing Time
- Processing Time: Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days of receiving your payment. Processing time includes order verification, product preparation, and packaging.
- Processing Delays: Orders may experience delays due to high demand, product availability, or external factors such as weather conditions, holidays, or shipping carrier disruptions. If there are any significant delays, we will notify you by email.
5. Shipping Address
It is your responsibility to provide accurate and complete shipping information when placing an order. Please double-check your shipping address to ensure there are no errors. Klysopic is not responsible for delays or issues caused by incorrect or incomplete shipping information. 7. Shipping Restrictions
- P.O. Boxes: Some shipping carriers may not deliver to P.O. Boxes. If you are using a P.O. Box as your shipping address, please ensure it is compatible with the selected shipping method.
- Multiple Shipments: In some cases, your order may be shipped in multiple packages, especially if the items are from different locations or require special handling. You will receive tracking information for each package.
8. Delivery Issues
Missed Deliveries: If you are not available to receive your package at the time of delivery, the carrier may leave a notice with instructions on how to reschedule delivery or pick up your package.
Lost or Damaged Shipments: Klysopic is not responsible for packages lost or damaged during transit. If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us immediately. We will work with the shipping carrier to resolve the issue and provide a solution, which may include issuing a replacement or refund.
To report a damaged or lost package, please contact our customer service team with your order number and photos of the damaged item, if applicable.

Sales tax will be added to your order based on your shipping address. For orders outside of Oregon, applicable state or local taxes will be calculated at checkout.
Currently, we do not ship internationally, so no international customs or import duties are applicable. If we expand our shipping regions in the future, customers will be responsible for any import duties, taxes, or customs fees incurred upon receiving the shipment.
