- Unused Condition: Items must be in unused and unopened condition. All original packaging, tags, and labels should remain intact. If the product has been opened or used, it may no longer be eligible for a return, unless there are issues such as defects.
- Time Frame: Returns must be initiated within 30 days from the date of purchase. If more than 30 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
- Proof of Purchase: A valid receipt or proof of purchase is required to process your return or refund. This may include an order number or confirmation email.
2. Non-Returnable Items
Certain items are non-returnable due to health and safety reasons. These include:
- Perishable Goods: As we specialize in premium food products, any perishable goods, including items such as fresh produce or items with short shelf lives, cannot be returned or refunded once opened.
- Customized or Personalized Items: Any products that have been customized or personalized specifically for you cannot be returned. This includes engraved, monogrammed, or special-order products.
- Gift Cards and Vouchers: Gift cards, store credits, and other promotional vouchers cannot be returned or refunded, unless required by applicable law.
3. How to Return an Item
If your purchase meets the eligibility criteria for a return, please follow the steps outlined below to initiate the return process:

Return Authorization: Our customer service team will review your request and provide you with a Return Authorization (RA) number and detailed return instructions. You will receive a return address and shipping instructions if applicable. Please note that we only accept returns with an RA number.
Pack and Ship the Item: Securely pack the item in its original packaging, including any tags, labels, and instructions. If you no longer have the original packaging, please ensure the item is properly packaged to prevent damage during return shipping. Please ship the item back to the address provided by our customer service team. You are responsible for the cost of return shipping, unless the return is due to an error on our part, such as receiving an incorrect or defective item.
Tracking the Return: We recommend using a trackable shipping service when returning your product to ensure it reaches us safely. Keep your shipping receipt and tracking number for reference.
Inspection and Refund Processing: Once we receive your return, we will inspect the product to ensure it meets our return criteria. If the product is in its original, unused condition, we will approve the return and issue a refund. Refunds will be processed to the original method of payment. Please note that the refund process may take 5-10 business days to appear on your account, depending on your financial institution.
4. Refund Process
Once your return is approved, we will issue a refund for the purchase price of the item, minus any applicable shipping fees. Refunds are processed to the original payment method used at the time of purchase. Please keep in mind the following:
- Refund Timing: After we approve your return, please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to be reflected on your payment method, depending on your financial institution or payment provider.

5. Exchanges
Currently, we do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like to exchange an item for a different product, we recommend that you return the unwanted item for a refund and place a new order for the desired item. 6. Defective or Incorrect Items
If you receive a defective or incorrect item, we sincerely apologize for the inconvenience. To rectify the situation, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the product. Our customer service team will provide instructions on how to return the item, and we will cover the cost of return shipping for defective or incorrect items.
Once we confirm that the item is defective or not what you ordered, we will promptly issue a full refund or send a replacement, depending on your preference. We will work to resolve any issues as quickly as possible.
7. Damaged Goods
If your item arrives damaged, please contact us immediately. It is essential that you notify us within 48 hours of receiving the damaged product to ensure that we can process a return or refund. Please send us clear pictures of the damaged packaging and product, along with your order details, so that we can investigate the issue and offer a resolution. In these cases, we will arrange for a return shipping label at no cost to you and either issue a refund or send a replacement.
